Put your laundry out in a bag. We pick it up, wash it separately, and return it clean, folded, and sealed in plastic.
The 4 Steps
1. Put your laundry out
Fill a bag with whatever needs washing and leave it out on your scheduled pickup day. Use whatever you’ve got — any laundry bag works. No sorting, no pre-treating, and you don’t need to be home.
2. We pick it up
Our driver collects your bag right from your door. We’re a mobile-only service — we come to you, every time. No drop-off location, no counter to stand at.
3. We wash it separately
Your laundry is washed on its own. It never goes into a machine with another customer’s clothing. Tags are checked, colors and whites are separated, delicate items are hung rather than dried, and you can request the detergent you prefer.
4. Clean, folded, back at your door
Everything comes back neatly folded and sealed in plastic, so it stays dry no matter what the weather’s doing — delivered at a time that works for you.
Your laundry stays yours.
A lot of laundry services save time by combining loads. We don’t. Your clothing is washed by itself, dried by itself, and folded by itself — never mixed in with anyone else’s.
A bag for everyone in the house.
Running laundry for a whole household? Use a separate bag for each person and we’ll keep them that way from pickup through return. Everyone’s laundry comes back in its own sealed package, folded and ready to put away — no sorting a communal pile on the dining room table.
Common Questions
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Leave your bag out on your scheduled day and we’ll collect it. Same on the return — we’ll leave it at your door.
What kind of bag should I use?
Whatever you’ve got. Any laundry bag works. It comes back to you sealed in plastic either way.
What if it’s raining?
Your laundry is sealed in plastic when we return it, so weather isn’t an issue on delivery.
Is there a minimum?
